At CAMTECH™ SAS, we take pride in delivering high-quality software solutions and services to our clients. We understand, however, that there may be situations where a client wishes to request a refund. This document outlines our refund policy and the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
For our Software as a Service (SaaS) products, we offer a free trial period to enable clients to test the software before purchasing. After the free trial period, clients are charged on a monthly or annual basis depending on their subscription plan. If a client is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase.
Software Development Services
For our software development services, we require a deposit to begin work on a project. If a client wishes to cancel the project before work has begun, they may request a refund of their deposit. Once work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the work or the completed project, we will work with them to make any necessary revisions. If, after these revisions, the client is still not satisfied, they may request a partial refund.
There are certain situations where a refund may not be granted, such as:
- The client has violated the terms of service
- The client has made unauthorized modifications to the software
- The software or service has been discontinued
The refund request is made after the specified time period
